Occupying what was once the Mason family’s billiard room, the Brasserie restaurant at Eynsham prides itself on uncomplicated, unrushed, authentic seasonal British food, with head chef Kurt Giger focusing on sourcing ingredients from local suppliers and farms. Guests can also enjoy afternoon tea with a twist, where classic treats including jam and scones are served alongside delicious smoked salmon, lemon cream cheese fingers and chocolate coconut.
