Starters include Tamworth ham hock terrine and a beautifully light twice-baked cheddar soufflé, followed by satisfying mains such as sirloin steak Diane, traditional steak and ale pie with bone marrow mash, or smoked haddock with hollandaise. Desserts bring a nostalgic flourish, with favourites like sticky toffee pudding and raspberry and champagne trifle.
