Josser Restaurant to return to St Michael’s Park in April
After capturing the hearts and palates of diners across the Cotswolds in its inaugural season, Josser Restaurant is thrilled to announce its return to St Michael’s Park, Cirencester from April 2026 – bringing its extraordinary dining under canvas experience back to the town for a special two-year residency.
Located in the very heart of Cirencester, this roaming culinary destination has become synonymous with unforgettable feasts, seasonal menus, and a delightfully immersive atmosphere unlike anything else in the region. Founded by acclaimed chef and creative force Ols – affectionately known as “The Circus Chef” – and his wife Amber, Josser blends world-class gastronomy with the warmth and welcome of a neighbourhood gathering place.

Rediscover the magic of dining under canvas
As dusk falls over St Michael’s Park, diners are invited once again to wander through the park gates and follow the glow of fairy lights to Josser’s iconic canvas setting – where the lovingly converted wag ‘n’ drag lorry, serves as both professional kitchen, cosy restaurant hub and family home, with a vintage circus wagon as a bar.
Returning for 2026 with twice as many covers, the new set-up provides more space and more opportunity for guests to experience this truly unique dining experience. Communal oak tables, candlelight and the scent of seasonal fare set the scene for evenings of convivial feasting and culinary discovery.
