Loren is the face behind Face Lounge, a skin specialist based in Bidford-on-Avon. Her own journey into skincare is a very personal one. After a lifelong battle with her skin and eczema, her symptoms really peaked after having her daughter in 2019. It was then that she became fascinated by understanding her skin and finding ways to manage it, sparking a passion for skin health that eventually led her to create Face Lounge in June 2025.

Today, Loren offers a range of personalised treatments, including microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and high-frequency treatments. She believes that no two people’s skin is the same, so she takes the time to understand each client’s skin, their concerns, and what they would like to achieve before recommending the right approach.

For brides, Loren particularly enjoys creating a personalised skin journey in the run-up to the big day. Whether it’s addressing a particular skin concern, giving the complexion a boost, or simply helping a bride feel fresh and glowing for those all-important photographs, starting early gives Loren and her clients time to work together to get their skin wedding-ready.

But it’s not just about the treatments. Face Lounge is somewhere clients can relax, have a chat, and take a little time for themselves amongst all the excitement, and sometimes stress, of wedding planning.

Having experienced her own skin struggles, Loren understands how much skin can affect the way someone feels about themselves. Her aim is to create a welcoming, comfortable, and completely judgement-free space where clients feel listened to and looked after.

Loren feels incredibly lucky to have turned something that started with her own skin journey into a career helping other people feel more confident in theirs.
