Across the two days, visitors can explore over 160 artisan producers, enjoy street food from around the world, and soak up live music and festival atmosphere. At the centre of it all is the Cookery Theatre, where a standout line-up of chefs will take to the stage. Saturday sees popular duo John Torode and Lisa Faulkner headline, joined by master chocolatier Paul A Young and social media sensation Francesco Mattana. On Sunday, the stage welcomes Rosemary Shrager, Ping Coombes and Dean Edwards, all hosted by Chris Bavin.
