At the beautiful Blackwell Grange, a new seasonal dining experience is set to bring together exceptional food, elegant surroundings and a warm sense of occasion. On 20 March 2026, guests are invited to the Spring Chef’s Table, an evening designed to showcase the venue’s renowned culinary expertise in a relaxed and celebratory atmosphere.

Far more than a simple meal, the Blackwell Grange Chef’s Table is intended as a full culinary experience. Created by the venue’s Executive Group Head Chef, the evening will feature a meticulously crafted four-course seasonal menu, celebrating carefully sourced ingredients and refined flavours. Each dish will be complemented by expertly chosen wine pairings, selected by the sommelier to enhance the menu and elevate the dining journey.

The evening will begin with a sparkling reception, where guests can enjoy handcrafted canapés and signature drinks before taking their seats. Throughout the night, diners will experience the attentive service that Blackwell Grange is known for, alongside live music, beautifully styled surroundings and a fully stocked bar available for additional drinks. Guests will be seated at shared tables of eight, creating a sociable and convivial setting that encourages conversation and connection.
