Every year Daylesford invites some of the best local artisan producers and businesses to join them for a Summer Festival, highlighting the very best seasonal produce. The festival also offer food demonstrations from Daylesford’s highly skilled producers and chefs; barbecues sizzling with organic burgers and in the café a special menu celebrates the very best of summer. Children are kept amused for hours, visiting the chicks, ducks, lambs and calves or doing pottery painting, riding on toy tractors and beautiful vintage pedal cars.   >>>READ OUR REVIEW OF THE 2013 FESTIVAL<<<
