Ricki Weston x Rafael Cagali ∙ A one-night-only Michelin-starred collaboration at Whatley Manor

An exceptional evening of fine dining is set to take place at Whatley Manor this June, as two of the UK’s most celebrated chefs come together for a truly special, one-night-only collaboration.

On Monday 15 June, Executive Chef Ricki Weston of the Michelin-starred The Dining Room at Whatley Manor will be joined by Rafael Cagali of the two Michelin-starred Da Terra for an exclusive four-hands dinner in support of the Prept. Foundation. Bringing together two distinct culinary voices, the evening will showcase a thoughtfully curated six-course tasting menu that reflects both chefs’ individual styles while remaining rooted in shared values of seasonality, precision and creativity. It is a rare opportunity to experience the coming together of two Michelin-starred kitchens, each known for its attention to detail and refined approach to modern gastronomy.

Immersive and engaging

Set within the intimate and elegant surroundings of The Dining Room, the experience has been designed to be both immersive and engaging. Guests will be welcomed from 6.30pm with a glass of sparkling wine from Rathfinny, before taking their seats for a 7pm start. Throughout the evening, diners will enjoy a paired wine flight alongside the tasting menu, with both chefs offering introductions and insights into the dishes as the experience unfolds.

Priced at £160 per person, the event is not only a celebration of exceptional food, but also an opportunity to support the important work of the Prept. Foundation. With limited availability and a format that cannot be replicated, it promises to be one of the standout dining events of the season in the Cotswolds and beyond. For those with a passion for fine dining, craftsmanship and meaningful experiences, this is an evening not to be missed.
