From building your own chaat to sharing vibrant, spice-led dishes and finishing with beautifully balanced desserts, every course is designed to be savoured slowly and enjoyed together.

Tania’s Supper Club Menu
The evening begins with a beautifully balanced starter of smoked paneer and beet kofta or Kashmiri-spiced chicken kofta, served with a fragrant saffron and rose makhani-style sauce. Finished with crispy capers and delicate boondi pearls, this opening course sets the tone with layers of texture, colour and gentle spice.
Guests are then invited to enjoy a playful and interactive “create your own chaat” course. With a selection of condiments and toppings, diners can craft their own perfect combination, making it as spicy or sweet, bold or subtle as they wish. It’s a fun, relaxed moment designed to spark conversation and creativity around the table.
The main course features katsu paratha tacos, filled with katsu-spiced pulled chicken or mushroom, layered with chaat masala, avocado crema and roquito peppers, and complemented by pickled apple and beetroot. Served in flaky Malabar parathas finished with organic brown butter, this dish brings together comfort, richness and vibrant flavour.
The experience concludes with a beautifully presented sweet finish of gajar halwa cannoli, berry lime mousse, fruit caviar and raspberry dust. Light, indulgent and perfectly balanced, it offers a refreshing and elegant end to an evening designed to be savoured from start to finish.
What makes this supper club truly special is the atmosphere it creates. It’s an invitation to slow down, engage, and be fully present, enjoying great food in great company. Whether you’re celebrating love, friendship or simply the joy of shared experiences, this is a Valentine’s evening designed to feel heartfelt, relaxed and meaningful.
