Food, drink, rooms and much more The Bull Hotel, Fairford, UK

The Bull Hotel is a Grade II-listed coaching inn, gloriously situated on the Market Square in Fairford, a picture-perfect Cotswold town. Previously two pubs now joined together and formerly a monk’s chanting house, parts of the building date back to the 15th Century.

Food, drink, rooms and much more…

The Bull offers both restaurant and private dining spaces and a traditional pub bar, with open fires, and serving local craft beers, spirits and great wines. The architecture of the original buildings mean that around every corner there is a new surprise. There’s also a traditional, vaulted barn, The Bull Room, for weddings and parties for up to 60 guests.

Shabby chic interiors exuding vintage country cool, similar in style to Lana and Sebastian Snow’s other pubs, The Plough at Kelmscott and The Five Alls, Filkins.

    Meetings, Weddings, Parties, Wakes

The Bull Room is a gorgeous cosy private room, which has its own bar, garden and separate entrance. It can be hired for any event accommodating 20-60 people, whether it be a wedding, big birthday or a meeting, it has everything you need including audio visual equipment and Sonos.

    Private Fishing

Trout and grayling fishing on The Bull’s private 1.25mile stretch of the River Coln is available year round.

    The Town of Fairford

Fairford lies on the River Coln at the foot of the Cotswolds in Gloucestershire near the boundary with Wiltshire. From the Bull’s front door, there many fine opportunities for a stroll. Fairford’s famous medieval ‘wool’ church of St Mary’s, boasting the finest, complete set of 28 medieval stained glass windows in England is a minute’s walk away. Alternatively, take a longer walk along the River Coln by the Old Mill and around the many lakes in the Eastern Cotswold Water Park.
