For a holistic experience, The Well-Being Brunch Sunday will be held on the last Sunday of every month from June to September, between 9am and 12.30pm, offering yoga, wild water swimming, and a delicious brunch.

Escape to the beautiful grounds of Heath Farm for a rejuvenating Well-Being Brunch Sunday, held on the last Sunday of each month through September. Following light refreshments, enjoy a scenic stroll through the goat field to a refreshing spring-fed lake, perfect for an invigorating wild water swim.

A delicious Heath Farm brunch awaits afterwards, featuring freshly baked sourdough bread, pastries, granola, and fruit. This adult-only session welcomes all levels, and after the activities, participants are invited to relax by the campfire or enjoy games like croquet and giant Jenga on the lawn.

    Foraging at Heath Farm

Additionally, learn about nature’s bounty at the Foraging Workshop on Saturday 2 August. Discover the abundant wild larder of Heath Farm with experienced forager Lizzy Farmer, who will be hosting a series of seasonal foraging days on the estate.

Explore 70 acres of beautiful woodland and meadow as Lizzy, a member of the Association of Foragers with a Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate, full insurance, and first aid training, guides you in identifying, preparing, and cooking seasonal wild foods. Each session runs from 2pm to 5pm, including hands-on “makes & bakes” with refreshments like teas, coffee, cordial, and spring water, all enjoyed in a beautiful clearing under a parachute canopy and tipi. Afterwards, participants are welcome to take a refreshing swim in the spring-fed lake, with a woodland shower unit providing hot water for comfort.
