Chipping Campden is a real hub of brilliant and talented Cotswolds artists with a great reputation within the arts and crafts movement. A co-operative of 27 artists and artisans have moved into the Old Silk Mill in Chipping Campden, bringing together a variety of constantly changing contemporary and traditional art pieces to the home of The Guild of Handicraft.
The Gallery at the Guild is a cooperative of artists, ceramicists, designers, furniture makers, glass makers, metal workers, photographers, sculptors, stone carvers, textile artists and wood carvers. The co-operative promotes its members’ work and provides the public with an opportunity to meet the artists, each of whom takes a turn at stewarding the gallery’s various exhibitions.
The Gallery at the Guild in Chipping Campden is open daily from 10am to 5pm. Featured image by Tor Hildyard. Image in text is pottery egg by Emma Clegg.
