Bath Christmas Market

Bath ∙ Thursday 28 November to Sunday 15 December

Bath Christmas Market is a magical winter wonderland that transforms the historic city of Bath into a festive spectacle. With hundreds of stalls lining the cobbled streets, visitors can indulge in a variety of unique gifts, delicious food, and warm drinks. The market offers a delightful shopping experience, with handcrafted jewellery, artisanal products, and festive decorations.

The market is open Mondays to Wednesdays 10am to 7pm, Thursdays to Saturdays 10am to 8pm, and Sundays 10am to 6pm. As you wander through the charming streets, you’ll be captivated by the enchanting atmosphere, the twinkling lights, and the aroma of roasted chestnuts and mulled wine. Broadway Late Night Christmas Shopping

The Broadway Late Night Christmas Shopping Market is a festive extravaganza that completely transforms and festifies the village up to Christmas. Over two consecutive Fridays, join the festive crowds of Christmas shoppers who gather to indulge in the village’s extended opening hours and unique gift offerings.

The evening is filled with holiday cheer, featuring street entertainers, pony sleigh rides, live music, and enthusiastic shoppers. The shops remain open from 5.30pm to 8.30pm, inviting everyone to join in.

Cirencester Advent Market

Cirencester ∙ Saturday 30 November + Sunday 1 December

The Advent Market and Light Switch-On event is a magical experience hld every year in the heart of Cirencester. With over 200 stalls, delicious food, and festive entertainment, visitors get to enjoy the illuminated town centre, meet Santa and his helpers, and watch captivating performances. The Light Switch-On ceremony will be broadcast on large screens, followed by a fireworks display. Definitely one not to miss in the run up to Christmas in the Cotswolds.

 

Moreton-in-Marsh Christmas Market

The Moreton-in-Marsh Christmas Market is a festive annual event, this year due to take place on Saturday 23 November from 9am to 4pm but organisers are in the process of rescheduling due to bad weather – they will announce a new date HERE. This market is the perfect destination for unique Christmas shopping. Find handmade crafts, jewellery, pottery, ceramics, clothing, and accessories.

Tetbury Christmas Fair and Market

The Tetbury Christmas Market is a must-visit event for anyone looking to get into the festive spirit. This free event will have everything you need for a festive and fun Christmas celebration! There will be music from talented musicians, Morris Dancing and Mummers to entertain you as you browse the market stalls for unique gifts and delicious Christmas food and drink.

There will be game playing, you can try your luck at the tombola, or join in the carol singing with the choirs. And, of course, no Christmas event would be complete without a parade led by Father Christmas himself!
