And that’s without even mentioning the incredible culinary delights created by Head Chef Pasquale Russo. For our dining experience in ‘Fig’, we enjoyed the 8-course taster menu and it was… amazing. Each little course was beautifully created and lovingly prepared, well balanced and portions were the perfect size. The perfect dinner for two.
